Ad Sales Manager (part-time)

Role includes but is not limited to…

•Managing existing accounts and establishing new relationships with potential advertisers.

•Gathering info about tours, events, new products, and attending industry functions.

•Organizing and curating product review pages, press announcements, etc. 

•Regular communication with editorial staff.

•Managing magazine circulation.

Copy Editor (part-time)

Role includes but is not limited to…

•Copy editing each issue of Concrete Skateboarding (6 issues per publishing season).

•Receiving copy from Editor, cleaning up grammar and spelling for editorial use. 

•The ability to write engaging copy within set deadlines. 

•Strong editing and communication skills are essential.

Feedback Management Welcomes Insight and Nikita

 We are very excited to welcome INSIGHT and NIKITA to Feedback Management. These brands will be represented in British Columbia through the current distributors, Scott Prunier and the C4 / Endorphin Group. We are looking forward to continue building upon the successes of Andrea, Stephanie and Michael (Dollhouse Agencies). We will be working together to ensure the transition is smooth as we move into the spring / summer 2012 booking season. 

With these opportunities presenting themselves Feedback will be growing the team to ensure that we can maintain our level of customer service. Immediately we are looking to fill 2 positions:

First, Feedback is looking for a dynamic In-house Sales Representative who will focus on the new women's business in the agency. Insight, Nikita and the launch of the COMUNE Spring 2012 women's collection will be the focus of this position. The position is posted here

Secondly, We are looking for an established Independent agent to represent Clae Footwear in Ontario. That posting can be seen here

Wick Winder has been a major partner with Feedback Management and we can't thank them enough for the opportunities they have presented to us. Over the past 5 years both companies have continued to grow and now have found a way to work together in a more focused way. Feedback will continue to represent Vestal Watches, Vestal Vision and both COMUNE's mens and womens collections in Western Canada. 

As of July 1st. Feedback will no longer be representing Arbor Collective, Ashbury Eyewear, Bond Outerwear, Weekend Snowboards and Sandbox Helmets. This group of brands have been a pleasure to work with and we will work with Wick Winder to ensure a smooth transition. For future information on these brands within Wick Winder please contact Steve Day Until the position is fill, Feedback will still remain the contact until a further transition plan is presented.

We are looking very forward to these new changes and new partnerships. Our brand mix is continues to evolve as the company continues to evolve and narrow in on its strengths. We are grateful for all the support so far and look forward to taking the business to the next level. Our goal is to offer the best service to our retailers while supporting and developing the growth of the brands that we partner with.     • Market, color & trend research
    • Theme & mood board creation
    • Line list layout & updating
    • Color palette creation
    • Design & Merchandising
    • Sourcing fabrics & notions

    • Preparing design presentations
    • Tech drawings (creation and maintenance) & color blocking
    • Spec creation & management for sampling
    • Sampling Fittings/Revisions

     Experience and Requirements:

    ·       Minimum of 3yrs designing women’s fashion apparel and executing sample production

    ·       Excellent sense of style and a keen eye for trends

    ·       Exceptional understanding of garment manufacturing and ability to execute design development through to sample production

    ·       Ability to maintain a positive attitude working in a fast paced environment with strict deadlines

    ·       Comprehensive understanding of target market

    ·       Strong communication and presentation skills

    ·       Experience designing sweater knits an asset

    ·       Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Excel and Word
